Accessibility Statement
Last updated October 20, 2026
Many of the people we serve are older adults or live with a disability, and so do many of the family members looking for care. We want this website to be easy for everyone to use.
What we’ve done
- Large body text (at least 18px) with generous line spacing, and a typeface designed for low-vision readers (Atkinson Hyperlegible).
- Color combinations chosen to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines and a “Skip to content” link.
- Descriptive text alternatives for images, and labeled form fields.
- Respect for “reduce motion” settings on your device.
- Click-to-call phone links on every page, because sometimes talking is simply easier.
Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Some content may not yet fully meet that goal, and we keep improving.
