Who we are
Care from neighbors, not a call center
5 Caring Hearts, LLC is a home care agency licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. We are based in Aliquippa, across the river from Ambridge, and we provide non-medical care in clients’ own homes.
Our caregivers help with the everyday things that have become hard: getting bathed and dressed, preparing meals, keeping the house in order, remembering medications, and having someone to talk to. Families tell us what matters most, and we build care around that.
Being local means we know the roads, the hospitals, the churches and the winters. It also means that when you call, you reach people who are close by and invested in this community.
